When does Propact launch?

We're launching soon. Founding members get access first — about a month before public launch. Early access spots fill on a first-come basis, and we'll email you as soon as your seat is ready.

Is this only for couples?

No. Propact is built for any combination of two to four co-owners — couples, friends, parent-and-child, sibling groups, or investment partners. The maths and reporting work the same.

How is Propact different from a spreadsheet?

Spreadsheets capture what happened. Propact captures what each person owns — automatically updating equity as contributions, mortgage payments, extra repayments, and property values change. Plus a buyout estimator that no spreadsheet does well.

What happens if one of us wants to exit?

The Buyout Estimator generates a fair price using your contribution history, current property value, and outstanding mortgage share — then exports a clean PDF summary you can both review and sign.

Is my data safe?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in Australian data centres via Supabase, and never sold or shared. You can export everything to CSV at any time.
